I have worked in real estate bringing buyers and sellers together since 1975. Having owned my own real estate business for more than a decade, it became clear that my focus was to work with buyers and sellers on a daily basis so when we merged our business (known as Country Squire Real Estate,), in 1989, it gave me the opportunity to do dedicate all of my time in bringing buyers and sellers together.

Living and raising my family in the Mt. Washington Valley, has afforded me the lifestyle I have always wanted--and there is no better place than do to so. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, there is a plethura of activities you can do on a daily basis. I love walking out my door and being just moments from skiing, playing ice hockey, biking, golfing, boating, swimming, and so much more.

I proudly went to Boston College (Go Eagles), and have an BS Degree and an MBA.

I love meeting new people, and the real estate profession gives me opportunity to do so on a daily basis.  Being part of a community comes with a commitment as well. I have always enjoyed helping through efforts of volunteerism. Loving to ski, I participated on the ski patrol and Mt. Cranmore. Additionally, I served as a board member of the White Mountain Community Health Center, Arts Jubilee, have been a board member of the White Mountain Board of Realtors and many other numerous organizations.

My time now is devoted to all my clients who entrust me to work on selling and buying homes.  Having owned many different types of real estate, to include land to homes to businesses and investment properties, I am committed to help you in your real estate endeavor. I am not afraid of a good challenge and I always give 100%,--That's a Promise!

What is your favorite charity?

Miranda Leavitt Diabetes Fund.  Miranda was a beautiful, spirited young woman who's mom was one of the owners of Badger Realty. She was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the young age of 12.  By the time Miranda was 21, she developed many other auto immune deficiencies and sadly she was taken from us when she was 22 years young.  Her spirit and her name live on through a fund that her parents created known as the Miranda Leavitt Diabetes Fund and its' purpose to is assist those in our community, and our local White Mountain Community Health Center manages it.
